 The process begins from inside the factory, where the wastewater treatment system ensures proper sanitation and water quality before the recycled water is released into the nearby waterway. We also utilize a bag filter and water scrubber systems to reduce inorganic materials reducing air pollution and preserving air quality for the surrounding community.

Each and every employee at Santosh Starch Products Ltd. is trained in behaviour based-safety during induction training program. Working with food and industrial products means we cannot be relaxed about the safety and hygiene of our facilities. We operate in accordance with ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management System Certification, which controls the hygiene and security over the entire factory, including the restriction of animals around the premises.

In the facility’s operation areas, materials are sorted and separated according to different uses and special materials are identified to avoid food contamination and infection. Our experienced quality control manager oversees all aspects of our robust health and safety procedures making sure all standards are met.
